Mine Taşkaya is the Founder and CEO of GTech, a global technology and consulting company that provides value-added services and solutions by integrating deep cross-sector experience with global technological advancements. Through a customer-centric approach and extensive expertise in data, GTech delivers end-to-end services within its Financial Technologies and Analytics business lines. Prior to founding GTech, Taşkaya formulated successful strategies and delivered tangible results at industry leaders such as IBM, KoçSistem and Coretech.

Taşkaya holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (ODTU). As an active mentor in the ODTU Alumni Association, she leverages her expertise in leadership and coaching to support and guide young talents.

Her leadership has earned her significant recognition in the business world; she was named one of the “50 Most Powerful Women in Business” by Fortune Turkey in 2021 and featured in the “Female Founders 100” lists by Fast Company Turkey in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Beyond her executive role at GTech, Mine Taşkaya serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of the Software Industrialists Association (YASAD). She is also a member of the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGIDER), the Association of Women in Technology (Wtech), and is a 4th Term Mentee of the Women on Board Association Turkey (WOB Turkey).
