Tekfen Holding, Financial Dashboard Project 

Tekfen Holding worked with GTech to build a group-wide financial dashboard, bringing data from all Tekfen Group companies onto a single, secure, and easy-to-manage platform.

The Project:

• Digitalizing operational processes across the group.
• Providing fast access to single, accurate data to accelerate senior management’s decision-making.
• Preventing manual errors and preparing the right reports with the right data by moving away from the manual structure.
• Making operational and financial KPIs available for reporting to the management team.
