The Project:

• Preparation of headcount reports in breakdowns such as cost location and position by making person-based budgeting.
• Distributing costs with cost location-based elimination and reporting them in different cost locations.
• Providing users with the opportunity to work in different scenarios.
• Monitoring the reflection of the monthly variability of the minimum wage on the cost section in the reports.
• Integrating personnel costs with the currently used budget module and transferring them to the budget.
• Making leave provisions calculable in the system.
• Calculation of severance payments in accordance with legal regulations.

Achievements:

• Providing easy process management with parametric calculation of payrolls for existing and new personnel.
• Creating a secure structure by calculating the employer’s obligations for each net or gross item in accordance with the legal legislation.
• Reporting the data entered and calculated on the system in the desired detail and creating a control mechanism.
• Creating an infrastructure that will enable reporting in details such as cost center, position and personnel.
• Creating reports on the number of personnel based on demographic information.
• Detailed reporting of leave calculation and severance pay costs.
