Sabancı Holding worked with GTech to bring financial consolidation and management reporting for its group companies onto a single, standardized platform, replacing fragmented processes with consistent, real-time reporting.

The Project:

• Ensuring that data is reported from a single, correct source across the group.
• Performing operational and financial performance follow-up for group companies.
• Standardizing reporting and analysis practices across the group.
• Enabling reporting on the Oracle BI side directly from the database, without any additional layer in between.
