(Human Resources Budget Planning) Project

The Project:

• Employee costs in different facilities and businesses were budgeted in accordance with legal regulations.
• Quick monitoring of the effect of additional income and vested benefits provided within the company on employee costs was provided.
• By creating a parametric infrastructure, the effect of systemic changes on costs was monitored quickly.
• Integration with the main budget application was provided.

• Keeping all employee information, from many facilities in Turkey, in a central and secure system.
• Providing the easy management of person-based additional income, with the employee personal screen which is seen by Human Resources.
• Preparing payrolls in accordance with legal regulations and easily reporting breakdowns through the system.
• Fast budget management with quick integration of changes into the main reporting application.
