Türk P&I Sigorta worked with GTech to implement Wiseboard Insurance, replacing a difficult, manual reporting process with a dedicated data warehouse and management dashboards.

The project:

• Solving the difficulties experienced in report preparation processes under the previous system.
• Establishing a data warehouse system to support the preparation of needed reports.
• Developing production, damage, actuarial, finance, and budget reports required by the business units.

Achievements:

• Required reports can now be viewed accurately and quickly.
• Visual reports make analysis easier.
• Management dashboards provide access to accurate information and speed up decision-making.
• Accurate forecasts are now possible thanks to access to key company information such as production and damage data.
