Semih Çınar

CFO

Semih Çınar graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance in 1993. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, he has a deep expertise in financial risk management, corporate finance, and digital transformation.

Starting his career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG , Çınar later held key management roles at Garanti Leasing, Garanti Factoring, and Ak Lease. Between 2009 and 2020, he served as Executive Board Member and CFO at Burgan Leasing, where he led critical projects in digital transformation and operational efficiency. Following his roles as CFO at Enterprise Rent-A-Car Turkey where he managed the IPO process and sustainability initiatives and most recently at Sipay, he joined GTech.

As the Chief Financial Officer at GTech, Semih Çınar leads the Financial Affairs Directorate, focusing on the company’s financial strategy and performance management.
