GTech’s Strategic Growth in East Africa Honored with Business Honors Awards

GTech was honored in the Market Expansion and New Market Strategies category at the Business Honors Awards 2026. The award recognizes the company’s growth strategy in the East Africa region.

The award was received by Mine Taşkaya, Founding Partner and CEO of GTech, and Managing Partner Gürhan Taşkaya at the ceremony held on 12 May 2026.

In line with its vision of carrying the deep banking expertise it has built in Turkey to global markets, GTech began operating in the East Africa region following Dubai and Baku. Work on the digital transformation of the region’s financial ecosystem has been decisive in the company’s regional growth.
